简化教育在《葡萄酒市场学》教学中的探索和实践

摘要:随着葡萄酒产业的持续发展和转型升级,我国对葡萄酒市场营销人才的需求将大幅增长。此外,由于在“厚基础、宽口径”学生培养思想的指导下,导致高等教育专业课教学总学时的进一步压缩,所以简化教育在高等教育教学和社会培训中具有重要的意义。本文将简化教育思想在《葡萄酒市场学》课程教学中进行探索和实践。总体上来说,简化教育可以迅速让学生形成系统的知识框架,调动课程学习的兴趣,并且还能够在减少课时的同时不降低教学质量。

Exploration and Practice of Simplified Education in the Teaching of Wine Marketing

AbstractThe need of the students of wine marketing will be increased spectacularly with the continuous development and transformation of the wine industry. Simplified education has a significant meaning in higher education and social training on the guiding ideology ofthick foundationbroad caliber. In this paper, we tried to use the simplified education in the course of wine marketing to exploration and practice. The results showed that the simplified education could make students form systematic knowledge framework quickly and arouse the interest of learning observably, meanwhile, the quality of teaching wasnt decline based upon reducing the number of classes.
